I have been trying to cancel my paid subscription since August 2025 and contacted support multiple times by email but never received a reply.
There is no accessible cancellation option or billing dashboard available to me. The Stripe invoice page only links me back to contact the company, but I do not receive any response there either. Charges are still continuing.
I need my paid subscription to be cancelled immediately. Please provide a working way to manage or cancel subscriptions or respond to support requests.
